NOTICE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS
We have a 1-2 business days processing time. We start processing orders as soon as we get them.
That allows us time to organize the large amount of orders we receive each restock day.
Our timepieces take on average 1-2 weeks for United States and Canada.
For Trinidad & Tobago, 2-3weeks to arrive at the given postal address.
NOTE: Weekends are not included in the shipping days.
Please be aware that orders can be delayed due to holidays and inclement weather.
Order Verification
Please provide us with your billing address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The billing address you give us must agree with the address that the card-issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location. We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.
Orders may be subject to our verification procedures. For your protection, you may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information provided is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by email, fax or via our secure upload page.
Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email.
For this reason, it is imperative that you provide us with both your current day-time and evening phone numbers.
Orders are authorized for payment when submitted online and your order charged will not be finalized until it ready to be shipped out from our vendors. Please make sure that your billing information submitted to Fishco Timepieces corresponds to the address where your credit card statements are received. This address should also be the same address that your credit card company has on file. If you are not sure of your correct billing address, please contact your credit card company for details.
If we reject your order or are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
What should I do if my card is declined when placing an order?
If you receive a "declined" error message when your order is placed, you must contact your bank. Fishco Timepieces has no control over these error messages; they are submitted from your bank's online authorisation system. There are numerous reasons explaining a “declined” message. Usually credit cards have an online spending limit, and you may contact your bank to grant permission for the online transaction. After the bank temporarily lifts this restriction, feel free to order the item online again and proceed to checkout.
Fishco Timepieces reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable.
There is a 14 days return policy on all watches purchased from us. An exchange is only valid if the product remains intact as delivered. The purchased product must be in its original condition, free of damage and no evidence of wear.
There are no returns or exchanges after 14 days of package delivery.
Upon receipt of your order, please make certain that the watch is ticking/working before you dispose the packaging.
Watches returned before 21 days of purchase can only be exchange for mechanical defects- not accidental or cosmetic damages.
Mechanical or other faults which are a result of mishandling, negligence or shock from subjecting the watch to rigorous activities -such as vibration or dropping- are not valid for exchange under any circumstances.
Additionally, watches returned with parts missing will not be granted any exchanges.
You must return all watches in original factory boxes, booklets, and plastic wraps. A copy of your invoice must be included. If for some reason you feel the merchandise is defective due to a mechanical issue, please notify us as we are happy to assist within said days from the purchased date. We will not be responsible thereafter.
NOTE: If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason with your decision to purchase a particular watch, you may request a full refund within 7 days of receipt of your package. We will gladly refund your transaction in full to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase.For this policy to apply, the item must be undamaged and not have been opened or used, show no sign of cosmetic wear, and must be returned to our address.
Goods must be received by us in the condition they left us i.e. in the original packaging and unused. Postage charges or any special charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the product arrival back to us. Customers wishing to return an item to us for a refund will need to assure safe shipping of the product back to us at their own expense.
